Leanne is a Non-Executive Director and Audit and Risk Committee Chair for ASX listed companies Deterra Royalties Ltd, FireFly Metals Ltd, Lotus Resources Ltd and Advanced Engineered Materials Ltd.
Leanne has over 25 years’ experience in the mining sector, most recently in a senior international marketing role with Rio Tinto. She has strong skills in Accounting (FCPA), and extensive international and domestic marketing experience. An experienced leader of transformational change, Leanne has led organisational restructuring, disposals and acquisitions, and major greenfield and brownfield projects, at both executive and Board level.

Louise is an accomplished executive and business leader, with 25 years’ experience in complex, fast-growing global companies in the banking, finance, and infrastructure sectors; as well as extensive experience in risk management.
Louise is currently a Deputy Chair Inland Rail, Non-Executive Director of Silk Logistics Holdings and CompanyB Limited (Belvoir) and founder and Director of Orion Mechanical Services along with being and a member of the National Standing Committee on Energy and the Environment for Global Access Partners (NSCEE).
Previously, Louise was a member of the Heritage Council of New South Wales. Past Non-Executive Director roles have included Sydney Metro, Moorebank Intermodal Company.
Chief Operating Officer
Maia was appointed Chief Operating Officer in July 2025, with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Snowy Hydro’s diverse generation asset portfolio. Maia initially joined Snowy in March 2025 as Chief Transformation Officer to oversee the company’s multi-year transformation program and set it up for continued leadership in the evolving energy sector.
Maia has more than 15 years of experience across generation operations, commercial strategy, marketing and capital project delivery. During this time Maia has held executive roles with Origin, Fortescue and most recently SunDrive Solar, a solar technology startup.
Maia has also served as CEO of Queensland Government-owned low-emissions electricity generation, trading and retail business CleanCo Queensland and currently serves as a non-executive director of Blue Economy CRC, a research cooperative focused on exploring opportunities for marine science and industry.
Chief Corporate Affairs Officer
Scott was appointed Chief Corporate Affairs Officer on 1 July 2024. With more than 25 years’ experience in communications and public relations, his background includes senior public affairs leadership roles within the NSW Government. He began his career in broadcasting, including working as a producer at leading news/talk station 2GB.
Immediately before joining Snowy Hydro, Scott served as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Western Sydney International Airport, where he led the reputation, stakeholder and social‑licence strategy for one of Australia’s most significant national infrastructure projects.
At Snowy Hydro, Scott leads the functions responsible for reputation management, sustainability, community engagement and social impact, brand, internal engagement, and media, stakeholder and government relations. He is passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for people and communities as Australia navigates its energy transition.

BE (Electrical), MEngSc, Hon FIE Aust, FTSC, GAICD
Merryn has more than 30 years’ executive experience across Australia’s energy industry covering transmission planning, major infrastructure investment, market regulation and the integration of renewable energy into the electricity system.
Merryn was most recently Executive General Manager, System Design at the Australian Energy Market Operator, where she led system planning to support Australia’s transition to net zero. Previously, Merryn was a Commissioner at the Australian Energy Market Commission and Chief Executive of Powerlink Queensland.
Merryn has been a Non-Executive Director at Transpower New Zealand since 2025. She has previously held Director roles on the Boards of Transmission Company Victoria, Energy Networks Australia and ElectraNet SA.

BEc, MTaxLaw, MAcc
Sussan has extensive experience in government, environmental regulation, regional Australia and major infrastructure.
Sussan most recently served as Leader of the Liberal Party and Leader of the Opposition from May 2025 to February 2026. She represented the regional NSW electorate of Farrer in the Australian Parliament for more than 24 years and served as Minister for the Environment, Minister for Health, Sport and Aged Care and in a range of other senior government portfolios. Before entering Parliament, Sussan worked as an air traffic controller, commercial pilot and partner in a regional farming enterprise, and also served in a senior, tax‑qualified role with the Australian Taxation Office. Reflecting her longstanding commitment to agricultural science and sector capability, Sussan is a non‑executive director of the Crawford Fund for Food Security.
Chief Governance, Risk and Compliance Officer
Ms Fletcher (BA, LLB, LLM, Grad. Dip. Legal Practice, Grad Dip. Corp.Gov, FGIA, GAICD, FCIS) was appointed Chief Governance, Risk and Compliance Officer on 31 January 2023. Prior to joining Snowy Hydro, Ms Fletcher held senior company secretary and corporate governance roles at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Westpac Banking Corporation, Allianz Australia Limited and ANZ Wealth Australia Limited.
