Chief People Officer
Glenn was appointed Chief People Officer in September 2026. In this role, he is responsible for leading Snowy’s overarching people and culture strategy, driving organisational capability, leadership development and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture to support business growth and performance.
He brings extensive experience leading strategic HR and organisational performance across Australia, the UK and the US. Prior to joining Snowy, Glenn held several executive leadership positions, most recently at the Australian Energy Market Operator where he was accountable for People, Strategy and other Corporate Functions. Previous to this and over his career, Glenn has held leadership positions at QIC, NAB, and PwC. Glenn holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science.
