Reportable Conduct

Snowy Hydro has a culture of ethical conduct where employees act in the best interests of each other, our customers and Snowy Hydro. Employees, contractors and directors are encouraged to report conduct that is dishonest, corrupt, illegal, unethical, unsafe or dangerous to people or the environment, and to do so without fear of reprisal.

Reports of such conduct can be made by current and former employees and contractors under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (Cth) by emailing or by post to:

More information on what constitutes a public interest disclosure, how to make one and what will happen once one is made can be found on the Commonwealth Ombudsman’s website.

To allow us to follow up with you regarding the disclosure, Snowy Hydro requests that you provide us with your name, address and contact details at the time you make the disclosure. All personal information will be collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may make an anonymous disclosure and may choose not to provide us with your name and contact details. However, if you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to:

  • update you on the progress of your disclosure;
  • contact you to request further information to assist the investigation of your disclosure;
  • investigate your disclosure; or
  • ensure your protection from reprisal.
