The NSW Government is selling its electricity assets to the private sector.  The NSW Government has excluded Snowy Hydro from the sale process, but the company believes this decision is wrong, is without any commercial or policy justification and is destructive of shareholder and thus taxpayer value. The Company has therefore submitted an Expression of Interest in accordance with the NSW Governments sale process requirements.
